Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
What is the daily order cut-off time?
Orders placed before [TIME] PM (TIMEZONE) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 business days, Monday through Friday.
What is the total delivery time?
From the moment an order is placed until delivery, the total timeframe is usually 4 to 9 business days.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with reliable shipping partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx for deliveries within the United States.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Return labels are not automatically provided, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by our support team.
